Our ceremonial matcha comes from several small producers in Japan, all dedicated to their craft. We select each matcha based on their similar flavor profiles: fresh, smooth, and toasty matcha with a clean finish. Our matcha is hand-plucked, traditionally stone-milled, and air-freighted to ensure optimal freshness.
Our Masala Chai Concentrate is brewed in-house, at our factory in Brooklyn, using freshly ground cinnamon, cardamom, ginger & cloves and single-origin tea. We add *just* enough sugar to allow the flavors of the spices shine. It's simple to use, just mix equal parts with milk for a chai latte.
